What inspired House Of Enchanted?

Since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by magick, alchemy and the power of the moon. I would decorate jars and journals with esoteric art, but often felt like I didn’t quite fit in. For years, I kept my love of the mystical and my intuitive nature hidden.In 2012, I experienced a magickal awakening that helped me embrace this part of myself. I discovered a sense of connection, both with like-minded people and with the mystical forces I felt were guiding me.That journey inspired me to launch Cleomagick in 2020. Today, its story continues as House Of Enchanted: a home for empowering magick, self-love and thoughtfully chosen treasures that bring a little enchantment to everyday life.‘ ~ Chi Chi, Founder

An item I love is sold out. Can I pre-order it or receive a restock notification?

We know how disappointing it can be to discover that a favourite piece is sold out. We regularly restock products, so check the product page for the option to sign up for an email notification when your chosen item returns.

Where are your products made?

At House Of Enchanted, we bring care and intention to everything we design, make and source. Some products are made by us, while others are created in collaboration with artisans and production partners around the world. Our jewellery designs are produced in the UK, our self-care products in the USA, and our homeware designs in India and China.

Wherever a piece is made, our focus is on quality, thoughtful details and the sense of enchantment it brings to your everyday rituals.

Is your packaging recyclable / eco-friendly?

We choose recyclable packaging wherever possible, including cardboard and paper, and send invoices electronically to reduce paper use.

Please check your local recycling guidance before disposing of your packaging. Some materials, such as bubble wrap, may need to be taken to a specialist collection point rather than placed in household recycling.

We continue to look for ways to reduce packaging waste while keeping your treasures protected on their journey to you.
